I actually drew out a very basic sketch of a magnetic motor that I thought up in my head, that was about a year or two ago, I guess these guys were well underway with this.. Hope it works as advertised, it would be awsome. Magnetic poles oppose each other, it's pretty simple if you think about it. In a basic form, all that is happening is a magnetic crank being spun by another magnet with an opposite charge. Speed of the motor is most likely controlled by the amount of current running through the magnet that spins the crank and/or the distance between both magnets. At least that was my theory, i'm sure their motor is much more complex than that, but i'd bet i'm close.
