I actually know someone who has been using this. He drives a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8. He adds it to the fuel and oil as recommended. Mileage increase has been a consistant 10%. He is very consistant with checking his mileage and other related items (fluid levels, tire pressure, etc).

So, It does work, but if you are averaging 15mpg and adding this gets you 16.5mpg, its going to take quite a while to pay off the bottle.
